Kiden is an application that provides tools and AI-generated stories designed to help parents spend quality time with their children and support their emotional development.

- •You are solely responsible for the information, such as names and interests, that you input into the app to generate stories.
3. AI Use and Disclaimer
Controlled AI: We work with experts to create safe frameworks and guardrails around our artificial intelligence.
Parental Supervision: While we do everything technologically possible to ensure the safety and appropriateness of every story, our AI is generative. Parents must always read and review the story before or while reading it to their child. Kiden is a supportive tool and does not replace a parent's judgment or professional psychological advice.
4. Intellectual Property
The code, design, graphics, and software of Kiden belong exclusively to us.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the stories generated in Kiden strictly for personal, family, and non-commercial use. Selling or mass-reproducing the stories for commercial purposes is prohibited.
5. Subscriptions and Payments
- •Kiden offers a free trial and premium subscription plans.
- •Payments and subscription renewals are managed by the respective app store, such as the App Store or Google Play, or by a payment provider such as Stripe.
- •You can cancel your subscription at any time through your app store or account settings.
6. Limitation of Liability
Kiden is provided on an as-is basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use or inability to use the app, nor for the exact content of the stories generated by the AI.
